This role does not offer sponsorship.**Acorn Park is a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school with accommodation. Wehelp care for and support young people who have complex needs and specialisein the communication and learning challenges associated with Autism.The site is situation within Norfolk’s picturesque and tranquil countryside,close to the town of Banham. Due to the location, it would be beneficial forcandidates to have a driving licence.The aim of the site is to provide enough support to unlock each pupil’spotential so they can live fulfilling and productive lives. Theyhave so much potential, and they will rely on you to guide their learningjourneys bespoke to them.You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, withplenty of hands-on experience and some supervision too. You will takeresponsibility for their emotional and physical needs, supporting them todevelop as individuals and engage with the world.You will face challenges and overcome them as you flourish and thrive, sharingyour skills and learning from others as your career takes you as high as youalways dreamed you could go.Every day will be different, but you will have all the support you need, withlots of skills and experience to draw on along with valuable advice andguidance too.**Who we are looking for**You will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, bothindoors and outside according to individual need.
