At this exciting stage in our rapid growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Project Associate to work closely with our Head of Product and CEO on a variety of impactful projects. Your Role As a key player in our team, you will improve our internal processes, drive AI innovation and interact with clients with the goal of helping our company build a cutting-edge learning experience and scale with our clients. Your responsibilities include: Content Creation & Enhancement : Contribute to creating engaging learning experiences, including personalised storylines for learners. AI Agent Development : Build and maintain AI agents to enhance content, translate lessons, and learn formats that improve user engagement. Automation & Optimisation : Focus on automating and optimising documented processes using LLMs and automation tools. Process Documentation : Document manual processes to support future automation efforts as you gather requirements during client onboarding. Quality Assurance : Champion product quality by testing and shipping releases quickly, especially in the initial phase. Client Interaction & Reporting : Work closely with clients to optimise content, address concerns, and provide regular reports on metrics, improvements, and risks. Policy implementation: Support the CEO in the implementation of policies to maintain regulatory compliance working with financial institutions Ideal Qualifications Client experience : 1-3 years of work experience coordinating projects, gathering customer requirements, and effectively communicating progress to stakeholders Excellent communication skills: You have managed client relationships and effectively communicated project progress and goals. Strong analytical skills: In past roles, you have delivered high-quality work by analysing data and paying attention to detail. A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, entrepreneurship or any related field from a top-tier university.
