Senior Engineer – Electrical Services Up to 65 000 Birningham In this role, you'll be a key player with a high level of autonomy. Strong technical expertise, leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills are essential. You'll manage junior team members and client relationships while ensuring top-notch project delivery. Requirements: * At least 7 years of experience in building services engineering. * A strong track record in sectors our client operates in. * Chartered Engineer status (or progressing), degree-qualified, with experience in medium-sized projects. * Proficiency in software like Microsoft, Dialux, Amtech, and Revit. * Knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, HTM, and renewable technologies. * Management experience with Engineers, Apprentices, and Graduates. * Excellent communication and project management skills. Responsibilities: * Produce design deliverables (drawings, specs, reports), conduct site surveys, and manage projects. * Check calculations and drawings for quality and compliance. * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective solutions. * Prepare tender reviews, fee estimates, and change controls. * Manage Engineers and Technicians across design and construction phases. * Develop strong client relationships and generate repeat business. * Be involved in all project stages, from inception to completion.
