We are currently seeking a passionate psychology graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant (TA), working closely with our students to support their learning and development. We are looking for a dedicated psychology graduate with: A passion for working with children and supporting their emotional and academic development. Some experience working with young people or within an educational setting (desirable but not essential). An understanding of psychological principles and their application in a school environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. A proactive, positive, and patient approach to working with students. Eligibility Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Have an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process a new application. Provide two professional references related to childcare or educational work. Be willing to undertake safeguarding training (if not already held).
