Sous Chef * £32,000 * 52 week operation * 40 hour contract * Free meals on site * Work Life Balance * Shifts are either 07:00 - 15:00 or 11:00 - 19:30 * Prestigious private school We have an exciting opportunity at a prestigious private school in the heart of Sussex for a Sous Chef. You will be working alongside a team of 9 Chefs catering for large numbers so working well as part of a team is essential. The Head Chef is always open to new ideas so you will be given the flexibility and freedom to add your own thoughts on menus/dishes etc. Experience is not essential for this role but the right attitude, work ethic and the ability to work well within a team. This is a 7 day a week operation with staff having to work 1 in 3 weekends finishing no later than 7pm.
