IT Support £30,000-£40,000 Location: Preston MERJE is seeking a highly skilled IT Support professional for a leading company in the Broking sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure for a dynamic organisation of approximately 75 users. The successful candidate will be responsible for network administration, system maintenance, and user support. The Role The IT Support role involves managing the company's IT network, business systems, and hardware infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide crucial support for all software applications, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime for users. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and hardware Manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint systems Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users Develop and implement PowerShell scripts and Intune policies Manage IT contracts and maintain asset registers Required knowledge and experience: Experience in Microsoft 365, IT Systems / Network support, and Intune Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Positive attitude with a proactive approach Previous experience in 1st and 2nd line support (advantageous) If you're an experienced IT Support professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
