The home delivers general nursing elderly care and dementia care. Our client has a new requirement for a Clinical Lead / Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Nurse Manager. You will work alongside the home manager to oversee all care delivery within the home. Your role will be to assist the Manager in running the home and managing a junior Nurses, care staff etc. The role will be clinical and will involve supernumery work. This clinical lead post will involve overseeing all care delivery in an amazing nursing home. Deputy Manager candidates can be from any elderly care environment, either nursing homes or residential care homes.
