I am working with a specialist SEMH therapeutic school who are looking for an engaging and passionate Behaviour Mentors. The children attending this school will have a SEN diagnosis, EHCP (Education Health Care Plan) usually with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).  What you can expect as a Therapeutic Learning Mentor Therapeutic Learning Mentor roles will vary from day to day, you will be expected to use your initiative and respond calmly in challenging situations For aspiring Teachers, Pastoral Workers, Child Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, SALTs, Play/Art/Music Therapists, Counsellors, and Social Workers, these positions will offer relevant and vital experience for your chosen career path Continued Professional Development - SEND schools and APs are continually training their staff to help them support their children's needs, you will become an expert in your field You will have an opportunity to make a huge social impact, as a Behaviour Mentor you could change the path of someone’s life!
