Head of Regulatory Reporting

We are currently partnered with a global company who are seeking an experienced Director of Regulatory Reporting to lead the regulatory reporting function across the UK and Europe. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing reporting processes, and managing a team of specialists. Key Responsibilities : Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to UK and European authorities. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies. Oversee the implementation of new regulations and ensure internal systems are up to standard. Manage and mentor a team of regulatory reporting professionals. Qualifications : Extensive experience in regulatory reporting within banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of UK and European regulatory frameworks. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
