This is a new role, and you will be a vital addition to the existing team. Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates Hold inductions Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role Familiarity with Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, One Drive and Word Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to generate leads and drive the recruitment process forward Excellent relationship management skills Driving licence is essential We're a Flexible Pay Employer that offers Wagestream.
