Technical Skills: Proficiency in Rails (experience with Rails 7 is a bonus), Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus. UX Skills: A strong eye for user experience and design. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team. Communication: Excellent communication skills. Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
