Our client is seeking a passionate Client Manager who will put their clients' needs at the heart of everything they do. What You’ll be doing: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns. Oversee the year-end accounts process, preparing for pre-year-end meetings and finalizing accounts. Provide business owners with meaningful insights and information. Engage in exciting project work that makes a difference for our clients. Advise business owners on strategies to enhance their businesses. Expand your portfolio by onboarding new clients. What you need to apply: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice. ACA/ACCA qualification or is working towards it (or qualified by experience). A passion for client service, with the ability to build trust quickly. Experience working with small business owners. Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload. A desire to make a meaningful impact. Knowledge of Xero (desirable). A positive attitude and a love for teamwork. What's in it for you?
