We are seeking a talented and experienced Events Manager to join our client's team.
As Special Events Manager, you will oversee every aspect of the event life cycle from initial concept through to post-event analysis including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination, ensuring flawless execution and memorable, impactful experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a strategic event plan aligned with marketing and business objectives. Defining each event's objectives, core messages, target audience, and success metrics.
- Manage the entire event life cycle, including timelines, key deadlines, and deliverables.
- Research and recommend innovative formats, themes, and venues to boost brand image and audience engagement.
- Negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure cost-effective agreements and maximise budget efficiency.
- Develop, track, and manage event budgets in collaboration with relevant departments
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Conduct site visits and travel as needed to assess venues, coordinate vendor activities, and supervise event setup.
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and campaigns across digital platforms.
- Act as the main contact during events, overseeing setup, execution, and teardown.
- Compile comprehensive post-event reports with insights, recommendations, and an analysis of goals and outcomes.

Title: Special Events Manager
Salary: 50,000 % bonus and benefits
Location: Ascot and Richmond based offices
Contract: Permanent, full-time
