The need is for an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance operations onsite in Uxbridge. This role is pivotal in ensuring our facilities operate efficiently and safely, contributing to the commitment to delivering an excellent service Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily M&E operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, providing guidance and support. * Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. * Collaborate with other departments to implement improvement initiatives. * Manage maintenance schedules and emergency repairs effectively. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance reports. * Ensure adherence to regulatory and environmental standards. Qualifications: * Relevant electrical qualifications as required – Eg. City & Guilds Electrical Installation or recognised equivalent * Proven experience in M&E supervision within a commercial environment. * Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations. * Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
