Data Manager – Birmingham, West Midlands   Data Reporting, PowerBi, SQL, Dataverse, Azure, Data Management We are seeking a talented Data Reporting Manager to lead a small team of Reporting Analysts and Data Analysts. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and developing their data infrastructure to maximise data reporting & analysis capabilities across the company.   Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts and Reporting Analysts. Collaborate with your team to design, develop, and maintain the company’s data infrastructure. Plan, execute, and support data analysis projects to drive business insights. Ensure data reporting and analysis processes are efficient and effective.  Location: Predominantly remote with travel to our Birmingham office once every 1-2 weeks.   Core Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Data Analysts and Reporting Analysts. Proficiency in Power BI, Azure, Dataverse, SQL, and T-SQL. Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade analytical functions and reporting. Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.
