You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and playing a crucial role in the pre-contract sales process.

You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and playing a crucial role in the pre-contract sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the high-end project market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Lead the pre-contract process, including proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from the initial bid through to completion.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand business opportunities.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or pre-contract roles within high-end construction or project markets.
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of winning and closing high-value contracts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
- A deep understanding of the high-end construction market and its key players.
- Competitive salary up to £80,000 + performance-based bonus.
