Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Position Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Salary/Package£43,000 per annum Location Romford(Static Site) Working Hours Monday-Friday - 40 Hour Week OVERVIEW This is a Mechanical Engineer position where you will be required to maintain the Mechanical equipment/plant within busy healthcare environment. You will be joining an existing team on site and will also be required to work alongside the client in a professional manner. Participation in on call rota between 1 in 4 - 1 in 6 weeks is compulsory and for this role, a driving license and vehicle is compulsory. You must also live within 30 minutes from Romford. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure PPMs are delivered on time and efficiently Wide range of electrical plant and systems Statutory PPM compliance Liaising with operations and administrative staff Call out Rota is compulsory Undertake routine, reactive and additional works where required Understanding of Health and Safety / HTM regulations REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Full completion of a Trade/City and Guilds Mechanical/Plumbing Qualification. To be able to work in a team but also be self sufficient. Minimum 4 years industry experience Microsoft Office Literate Client liaison experience Previous electrical PPMS and reactive maintenance experience Logbook Management TPBN1_UKTJ
