This Electrical Systems Design Engineer is a key role in driving Electrical solutions to meet customer requirements and contribute to the development of cutting-edge aerospace products.

You will be managing requirements, designs, verification, and testing of electrical systems.
In addition, you will be leveraging product development lifecycle knowledge to provide technical support across the team and business, becoming an SME in Aerospace products and lifecycle delivery across a range of products used in Aerospace, Civil & Military applications.

Essential Experience:

- Prior experience working as an Electrical Design Engineer, ideally working on Power Distribution OR Electrical Components OR Systems Hardware.
- The ability to work within a team environment to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Prior experience presenting and reviewing technical information with customers.
- Familiarity with power switching, control circuitry, and software/systems design.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as Electrical Wiring Installation Systems (EWIS)

Qualifications:

- A HND/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of electrical product design and development, including design for manufacture and test methodologies.
- Ideally have some experience in root cause analysis for hardware issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
