Job Title: Senior IT Analyst Location: Bury St Edmunds Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Cooper Lomaz have partnered exclusively with a business based in Bury St Edmunds to source an experience Senior IT Analyst. This position will see you work closely with their corporate team, providing 1st - 2nd line support to their systems, and working with 3rd party venders to resolve tickets in a timely manner. Role Overview: You will be forming part of a team leading projects related to their cooperate systems and provide direct support during the project role outs. You will form a key part of the IT applications, with a focus of continuous improvement and development of the capabilities. This role will be heavily working with RPA and Power Apps. Role Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support relating to the businesses systems Form part of a projects team, providing hands on support, especially during deployments Work with the wider IT team to ensure the continuous improvement of the systems, and aid the develop the systems Provide configuration support, and assist with change and test on applications when needed. Skills: You must have experience working with RPA and Power Apps You will have experience providing 1st and 2nd line support You will have a background working with key business stakeholders Experience working with Office 365, Active Directory, CRM systems A proven background in working to SLAs, and able to think outside of the box to resolve technical faults It is desirable to have a certification in ITIL Salary & Benefits: This position is available on a fully remote basis, however you must be within a commutable distance of Bury St Edmunds The salary range is between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Sick pay 25-day holiday, plus bank holidays Interested in this role? - Apply Now
