Are you an experienced School Administrator looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, dynamic school environment? We are seeking a dedicated and efficient School Administrator to work across two local sites within our federation, providing essential administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across two school sites within the federation.
Maintain and manage data using school operating systems such as SIMS and ORACLE.
Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and assist with safeguarding-related documentation.
Support the smooth operation of a busy school office, including handling inquiries, scheduling, and record management.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a School Administrator, with substantial knowledge of safeguarding practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with SIMS and ORACLE operating systems is preferred. Alternatively, a strong ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
Efficiency: Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Background Checks: An Enhanced DBS Check is required. Candidates should either possess a current Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
References: Able to provide two recent references from previous employers.
