This role is essential for supporting the smooth and effective functioning of our client’s front-line operations through administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Execute daily tasks such as data entry, dispatch coordination, tracing, and sorting to ensure uninterrupted operations. Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate support to internal departments, contributing to high-quality service standards. Process Adherence: Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulations. Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve operational issues within defined guidelines, escalating where necessary. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy, preparing and validating reports to support operational insights.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or support role within logistics, operations, or a similar field. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail, planning, and communication skills. Attributes: Reliable, organised, and proactive, able to work effectively within a team to support seamless operations.
