About the role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a class of curious and enthusiastic students, guiding them through the vital learning milestones of Key Stage 2. You’ll create engaging lesson plans that spark creativity and critical thinking, while making learning fun and accessible to every child. You will have the support of experienced teaching assistants and the freedom to bring your own innovative ideas to the classroom. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (or similar primary level).
• A passion for making a difference in children’s lives.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver the Key Stage 2 curriculum in an engaging and meaningful way.
• Tailor lessons to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring differentiation for SEN and high achievers.
• Collaborate with support staff to deliver the best learning outcomes.
• Assess and track student progress, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
