The Opportunity
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where your design coordination skills will shape high-rise residential projects? We are seeking a talented Design Coordinator to join a leading contractor in the high-rise residential sector based in Manchester. You ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of design processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers.

In this hybrid role, you ll spend 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home, giving you the flexibility to balance hands-on involvement with remote planning. Your expertise will help streamline communication between teams, ensuring that every project phase is coordinated to meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure design specifications are met.
• Review and manage project designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Facilitate clear communication between on-site and remote teams, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Provide technical support and solutions throughout the design and build phases.
