Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Maghera £25k - £50K Due to our clients growth in the UK and Ireland, they are seeking to add a Quantity Surveyorto the Commercial Team. Based in Maghera, this position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Day to Day: Assisting that commercial processes are adhered to across the business. Ensure effective interaction between the commercial team and the operational site teams. Carry out monthly valuations including forecasting. Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place. Assist with subcontract letting, negotiation and financial accounting. Timely cost and value reporting at both project and business level. Experience and Qualifications: Degree educated in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering. 1+ to 5+ years experience as a Civils Quantity Surveyor. Contract Administration, Project Cost Control and Sub-Contractor Management. Proficient on MS Office including Excel / Project. UK Driving Licence, flexible, and willing to learn.
