Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover West side of London salary to £47k plus overtime and great benefits. Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in West / North West and central London. Role * Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's * Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports. * Checking UPS systems * Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts etc * Changing lamps * Changing / cleaning filters * Minor alterations to BMS set points. Location Covering a number of high end commercial buildings in West / North / South West London, van and all parking permits etc provided. Experience required * Electrical / HVAC Building services maintenance background. * Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge * Electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 qualified along with 18th Edition. * Experience of thermal imaging beneficial. * Understanding of Electrical / HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment (not domestic or install). * Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis. * Ideal candidate will live around West / North West London Salary / benefits * Competitive salary £47k+ based on 38hrs * Good overtime rates including time & half and double time. * 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays * On call (1 in 7) and stand by allowances * Minimum 4 hours paid when called out at enhanced rate * Pension (3% employee 5% company) * Medical insurance * Death in service * Van / Car with fuel card The successful applicant will be provided with a Van / Car plus fuel card, specialist tools, power tools, uniform, a laptop and a mobile phone.
