Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the highest levels of quality and compliance across the business. The role requires travel across various sites within the UK, although it is primarily based at the Bromsgrove head office.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance
  • Conducting internal audits, particularly with regards to ISO standards
  • Acting independently to resolve issues, without departmental bias
  • Regular travel across various site locations in the UK

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in a quality or compliance role or a recruitment background with a passion for compliance
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to provide an unbiased approach to difficult situations

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 internal auditing
  • ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management system experience
  • Possession of ISO9001 or ISO27001 internal auditor certifications (advantageous but not required)
