Synergy Personnel Ltd are Curently recruiting for Reinstatement Operatives to join our Clients Civils team. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the restoration and reinstatement of various surfaces following excavation or construction work across the Hampshire/Dorset area's to meet contract targets.
Reinstatement Operative Working as a team to complete Reinstatement tasks in the footway and carriageway Ability to white work and black top highways reinstatement Compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures and taking responsibility for the quality of work undertaken. Ensuring all interactions with colleagues, customers and members of the public are polite and professional, minimising the need to escalate. Good communication skill to record and relay completed work back to supervisor.
Looking to recruit gangs of 3
UK driving license (essential) CSCS card (essential) Streetworks card NRSWA (preferred) First Aid, HGV C1+E would be an advantage too.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 hour shifts Weekend work available
