Key Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, driving adherence to quality and environmental management procedures. * Conduct thorough inspections and testing of materials and finished products. * Lead quality control processes, identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions. * Lead the customer complaint process, from investigation to resolution, ensuring timely communication. * Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation in quality processes. * Monitor and track KPIs, contributing to a sustainable working environment. * Deliver quality training programs, ensuring team alignment with best practices and regulatory standards. Key Skills: * Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing setting. * Strong understanding of CAPA processes and root cause analysis. * Excellent attention to detail with the ability to lead continuous improvement efforts. * Effective communicator with strong leadership and training capabilities. * Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
