CPI Support Worker

CPI Support Worker - Birmingham - £11.44 per hour Brookes HC Recruitment are currently looking for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our Agency! We are currently Hiring Agency Staff for shift work at multiple Homes and Supported Living facilities that require staff who are fully CPI Restraint Trained The Role: * Communication: Communicating with patients, relatives, and carers * Teamwork: Working as part of a team and attending meetings with other healthcare professionals * Infection prevention and control: Ensuring infection prevention and control measures are in place * Supplies: Checking and ordering supplies, and ensuring clinical rooms are stocked and prepared * Waste management: Ensuring clinical waste is removed and sharps bins are replaced * Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of all information * Patient care: Helping patients with personal care, such as washing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet * Monitoring: Taking a patient's temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and recording observations * Clinical duties: Assisting with clinical tasks, such as wound care, dressings, and minor operations * Health promotion: Promoting health and wellness through health education and health promotion programs * Moving and handling: Safely lifting, repositioning, and moving patients, using hoists and other aids as needed The Right Candidate: * MUST be CPI restraint trained * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in UK Healthcare * Strong verbal and written English * Able to provide working references from UK Healthcare Roles If this role is of interest to you, please apply through this advert and you will be contacted in due course
