Caretaker Treorchy ASAP Start Minimum £12.83 per hour. TeacherActive are proud to be working with a school based in Treorchy. This school is looking for an experienced Caretaker to join their team immediatley. The ideal candidate must be hands on and proactive.  Previous experience in a Caretaker capacity is ideal. You will be required to open and close the school and you must be prepared to work unsocial hours, split shifts and possibly weekends. In return, the Caretaker will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a welcoming environment. The salary will be £12.83 per hour. Key skills and competencies for the role: Trades experience Assembling and fixing shelves Touch up painting Outdoor maintenance, path brushing and weeding Moving items around the site/re-jigging classroom layouts Accepting deliveries The role would be a split shift covering the opening of the school working from around 7:30 am - 9:30 am & then closing the school working from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
