An Engineering client in Armagh require a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. Under the supervision of senior team members, especially the Group Marketing Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in executing digital marketing activities, supporting campaigns, and learning how to optimise digital strategies. Contract role: 9-12 months Key Responsibilities: Supporting Campaign Execution: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media posts) under the guidance of senior marketers. Help implement day-to-day marketing tasks, ensuring that activities align with the overall campaign strategy led by the Group Marketing Manager. Assist with scheduling content on social media platforms using scheduling tools Basic SEO Tasks: Conduct keyword research to assist the marketing team in improving website rankings. Assist in basic on-page optimisation tasks, such as updating meta tags, descriptions, and ensuring content follows SEO best practices. Monitor and report on SEO performance Social Media Management: Support the management of Groups social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Help draft engaging content for posts, ensuring consistency in tone and voice, and schedule posts across platforms. Monitor social media activity (likes, comments, shares) and flag key trends or issues to the Group Marketing Manager. Assisting with Paid Advertising: Support the setup and monitoring of PPC campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with close supervision. Assist in preparing reports on PPC performance, focusing on metrics like click-through rates (CTR) and cost-per-click (CPC). Content Creation Support: Work closely with the creative team to support the development of basic digital content, such as visuals or social media graphics. Help manage content calendars by ensuring that scheduled content is delivered on time and meets the brand guidelines. Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in gathering data for regular performance reports Help prepare basic reports on campaign performance, including social media metrics, website traffic, and ad performance. Administrative & Coordination Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team. Help with organising marketing assets, campaign materials, and tracking budgets under supervision. Person Specification: A Graduate in a Marketing discipline A minimum of one year's experience within marketing Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus, but training will be provided Basic understanding of SEO and social media best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
