Read on to find out more… As a Office Administrator, your role and responsibilities will include… * Answering incoming calls and emails enquires in a professional way * Creating customer quotes, sending them over and following up in a timely manner * Building and maintaining relationships with customers & expanding accounts if required * Liaising with the production team to organise delivery and dispatch dates * Utilising the CRM system (Sage 50) * Other adhoc admin duties We’re looking for a Office Administrator with the following skills and experience… * At least 1 years’ experience in a office administrator or customer service role * Experience making calls and happy picking up the phone * Able to confidently engage in conversations and build rapport with customers * Proficiency in Sage 50 is beneficial * Professional and organized with a keen attention to detail * Innovative problem solver who is proactive, positive, and collaborates well with others In return, the successful Office Administrator will receive an hourly pay of up to £12 along with the following benefits… * 18 days holidays based on part-time hours * Pension scheme * Annual bonus * Christmas shut down Does this Office Administrator role sound like a bit of you?
