Senior Surveyor – Social Housing Birmingham Flexible Working £45,000 - £48,000 Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a client based in Birmingham to recruit for a Senior Surveyor, who will take responsibility for the delivery of both planned projects and responsive repairs. Responsibilities * Managing contract works on a range of projects and services. * Provide technical knowledge to the organisation on all aspects of surveying, building maintenance and investment. * Manage disrepair and environmental health cases and recommend strategies to resolve the related issues. * Implement remedial programmes for all aspects of compliance and building safety. Requirements * Experience in managing contractor performance. * Have a great experience of all areas of social housing maintenance services – planned maintenance, compliance, voids, responsive. * Knowledge of setting budges and ensuring value for money. * Knowledge and understanding of building legislation * Hold a relevant degree/HND or professional qualification in a related subject / member of a professional body
