Hourly rate of £13 plus service charge over 39h per week, overtime is paid.

What will I be doing?

Assist running the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings Bring creativity to the pastry offerings Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Pastry Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef Positive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary/hospitality career Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course

ELIGIBILITY

In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom. Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
