Salary: 45,000 - 52,000

Are you a motivated and experienced leader in warehouse management, ready to take charge of night operations? Nter Talent is recruiting for a Warehouse Nights Manager on behalf of a prominent 3PL logistics business based in Enfield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the night shift warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of activities.
• Lead and manage a team, driving performance and maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments, including transport and customer service teams, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a good understanding of operational KPIs.
• Ability to work nights on a full-time basis and ensure smooth running of night operations.
