Senior Sous Chef

My client is looking for a Senior Sous Chef. Senior sous chef, £50k basic with % pay rise every year and OT always available..... Monday to Friday. 7am-3;30pm, 40 hours only ..... City of London..... Fine dining corporate hospitality.... This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sous Chef located in City Of London. The Senior Sous Chef will be working closely with the hospitality head chef but running the fine dining with a team of 4 chefs and liaising with the pastry team. Responsible for overseeing the directors dining and meeting rooms for plated fine dining. As the senior sous chef you will be assisting in menu planning, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. They will also collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to maintain high culinary standards. Ideally a chef of senior sous chef or minimum sous chef level currently. Your background may already come from hospital in B&I contract catering or you may be a senior sous chef in 5* star hotels or fine dining restaurants.
