Our client is expanding rapidly across the North West, North East, Yorkshire, and Midlands, and is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and manage key customer relationships. You will be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships, acquiring new clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards. * Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and new customers. * Facilitate and lead face-to-face meetings with clients. * Manage the process of onboarding new customers and generating leads. * Collaborate closely with pre and post-contract teams to support business operations. * Track and manage customer performance metrics to ensure optimal outcomes. What We’re Looking For: * Strong communication and networking skills. * Experience in customer relationship management or coordination. * Ability to lead meetings and contribute meaningfully to discussions. * Proven time management and leadership abilities. * Commitment to upholding company values and contributing to the client's success. * A proven track record in multi-utility connections (desirable). * Experience in an ICP working with developers (desirable).
