Why You’ll Love This Role: Hands-On Role: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including Inbound, Picking, and Despatch functions. Forklift Operator Essential: Reach truck experience required! Stock and Inventory Leader: Work closely with procurement, handle stock accuracy, and ensure smooth daily operations. Team Development: Mentor, train, and guide the warehouse team, building efficiency and team spirit.Key Responsibilities: Manage picking requirements, stock control, and customer order fulfilment. Maintain stock levels, monitor incoming/outbound shipments, and manage returns. Oversee Health & Safety adherence, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
