We are seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of SOC Analysts, ensuring smooth operations and effective incident management. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of 2-3 SOC Analysts, providing guidance and leadership. Oversee real-time monitoring of security events and alerts to identify potential incidents. Coordinate and manage the investigation of security incidents, determining root causes and impacts. Lead the execution of incident response procedures, ensuring timely escalation when needed. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of incidents, including findings and actions taken. Collaborate with senior SOC analysts and IT/security teams to enhance security monitoring and incident response strategies. Requirements: Proven hands-on experience with Office 365, Azure, Defender, Intune, and Entra ID. Previous experience in a supervisory or SOC Analyst role with strong leadership capabilities. Microsoft Certifications. Solid understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles. Experience with security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead a team in high-pressure situations. Desired Qualifications: Relevant degree or certification in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field.
