Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple Mechanical Services projects from design through post-contract stages.
Develop comprehensive mechanical strategies and M&E specifications.
Oversee the production of scheme design drawings and monitor installations.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering growth and quality standards.
What They're Looking For:
Degree qualified, ideally working towards Chartered status.
Proven experience in project management, with strong client-facing abilities.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD, Revit, Hevacomp).
Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to travel for project needs.
