Do you have confident customer service skills and enjoy working with customers over the phone? Can you work in a busy environment and manage your own time effectively whether at home or in the office? As a Patient Service Advisor, our client is looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst building rapport with patients. As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic and ultimately provide exceptional customer service. This is great opportunity to work for one of the largest provider of medical organisations and provide an essential first point of contact, customer service to new and existing patients over the phone. This is a varied role and offers a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skill set and enhance their customer service skills further. Duties include: - Answering a high volume of calls - Taking details/information from customers - Handling / Processing orders using an internal system - Identifying and addressing patients' needs and advising them on our products and services accordingly - Taking full ownership of patients' queries through to resolution - Opening and managing personal and business accounts - Care about doing a great job and exceeding expectations with the quality of what you do Benefits include: - Full training programme and support, weekly pay, permanent opportunities, work from home opportunities, accrued holiday, supportive team + much more!
