Health & Safety Advisor £50,000 - £55,000 inclusive of travel or car allowance     Civil Engineering/Energy Stroud, Gloucestershire    Permanent I am searching for an experienced Health & Safety professional to join a specialist civil engineering and energy company that is going through a significant growth period. This role will be responsible for overseeing H&S across the business, working with multiple stakeholders and supporting the business to have all policies, processes, and procedures in place to grow. The Role: Creation, Implementation & regular reviewing of Health & Safety policies, procedures, and rules, and ensuring regulations adhere to Maintaining company accreditations across HSEQ Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated, and recommended improvements implemented across the business Working with external health & safety consultants when required for the provision of training programs and health and safety services Participate in monthly meetings to report on relevant health & safety matters in operations and all other parts of the business Collect, review and report data across health & safety to identify trends and suggest business improvements.
