Key Responsibilities & Duties: - Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and propose effective solutions to business challenges - Recommend business improvements aligned with overall business strategies and architecture - Gather and translate customer requirements into clear, concise documents - Develop compelling business cases and proposals for approval - Coordinate activities with third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery - Mentor and support junior business analysts within the team Knowledge, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services industry - Strong knowledge of business processes and requirements definition - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels - Technical proficiency, including Microsoft applications and SQL Server Management Studio - Familiarity with multiple Software Development Lifecycle methodologies - Experience collaborating with third-party software providers - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines - BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is a plus Join our client's dedicated Business Solutions Team and make a significant impact on their strategic goals.
