About the role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners by planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to their individual needs, assessing and monitoring student progress while providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals, and creating a positive classroom environment that fosters creativity, confidence, and curiosity. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements, while also building strong relationships with parents and the community to support our students’ learning experiences.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Encourage and support students in their social and emotional development.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
