Position overview: We are seeking 2x experienced fencers and 1x experience labourer with a background in fencing work to join a team and contribute to our ongoing success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fencing, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. In addition to carrying out fencing installations and repairs, this role offers the potential for progression into team leadership, where you will mentor and guide junior team members. Responsibilities: * Conduct fencing installations and repairs according to company standards and client specifications. * Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently. * Ensure worksites are kept clean, organised and free from hazards. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and withing budget. * Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions. * Provide guidance and support to junior team members as they develop their skills. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
