HR Manager

We are delighted to work with a not-for-profit business that offers much-needed service and support to a particular section of our community. As their Human Resources Manager, you will be expected to lead and foster a positive working environment. We hope to find an HR Manager who can demonstrate their ability to create and develop a respectful working environment whilst assessing and implementing more streamlined procedures and processes. The role encompasses support and advice with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll. We are searching for an energetic, positive, and collaborative individual who emphasises with and shares the charity's aims and objectives. The workplace offers a hybrid working model
