Master Technician

Job Description  Master Technician – Market Harborough – Main Dealership – £35,000 - £40,000 We are working with a Main Dealership in the area looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department. • Mon to Fri 8 to 6 • Saturdays 8am-1pm • Basic dependent on experience plus OTE £35,000 - £40,000 • 1 hr lunch break • 20 days holiday per year Key Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities: • Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard • Record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components used in line with group and manufacturer standards • Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs • Mentor and support junior technicians • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Minimum Master Technician Requirements: • Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) • At least 2 years’ experience as a Master Technician/Vehicle Technician/Mechanic in a Dealership • Must have a Driving License • Demonstrated ability to perform complex diagnostic and repair work Master Technician – Market Harborough – Main Dealership – £35,000 - £40,000 Job Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Job Title: Master Technician
