Heineken UK and Acosta Europe are looking for a Regional Field Manager to join our team based across London.

Acosta Europe is an exceptional business that cares about its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are currently seeking a Regional Field Manager to represent our partner Heineken to drive brand awareness and sales of a new product.

Main purpose of role: To work in conjunction and to provide development of your team to deliver operational KPIs adding value and driving commercial development initiatives. To professionally recruit, manage, direct and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives. To enforce all agreed field performance standards, procedures and systems ensuring that deadlines are met and that all company policies are applied throughout the Field Sales team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Agree business objectives and KPIs for Field Sales Executive with line manager each period.
  • To carry out monthly team meetings in order to discuss results, provide training and to give direction on key strategic priorities for the forthcoming period.
  • To carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans.
  • To carry out individual Development Days, audits and coaching sessions in the field in order to improve performance.
  • Ensure that each Field Sales Executive clearly understands their job role and key result areas.
  • Responsible for driving KPI achievement of each Field Sales Executive.
  • Provide regular written, verbal and electronic communication with line manager of all identified areas of feedback or any given opportunity.
  • Regular analysis of team performance in conjunction with data insights and production of weekly and monthly reports as agreed with line manager.
  • Take personal responsibility to comply with Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Take responsibility for your own personal development and ensure all mandatory training is completed on time .
  • Adhere to all General Data Protection Rules and policies (GDPR).
