Are you a skilled Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service and transitional admin skills? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Supply Chain Administrator on a temporary basis until December. The working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and excel in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Supply Chain Specialist and Demand Planner in their day-to-day operations. Your main responsibilities will include processing stock transfers, managing system interface errors, and coordinating transport quotations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with training and support dealers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end customer service Process stock transfers Collaborate with various teams to address system interface errors promptly Request and arrange transport quotations for transfers and collections Assist in training dealers on the current processes and updates Ensure stock receipts are accurately updated in relevant systems Check and confirm release emails for containers with shipping agents Generate weekly stock reportsPersonal Attributes: Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Administration Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outstanding problem-solving skills Friendly and outgoing personality with a good sense of humour Strong team player Well-organised and flexible, able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to work extended hours if requiredJoin a dynamic and collaborative team where your skills and dedication will be appreciated.
