About the role: As the KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners. You’ll be working with a small class size to ensure that each child receives personalized attention and support. You will plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across a broad and balanced curriculum, adapting to the needs of pupils with different learning abilities and backgrounds. Your role will also include fostering a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn. You’ll work closely with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and other staff to ensure the holistic development of every child in your care. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1). • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and best teaching practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver exciting, engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum. • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN. • Track and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents. • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. • Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
